Shipping policy

Northwest By Nature partners with a print-on-demand company to fulfill online orders. Items from online orders ship from the nearest fulfillment center to the customer. USA customer orders will be fulfilled in the USA, Canadian customer orders will be fulfilled in Canada, unless and item is out of stock, then it may be fulfilled at a different location. Items crossing the boarder from the USA to Canada may be subject to duties which will be paid at the customers expense.
